High Performance Computing Test With V93000 EXA Scale Power Supplies Workshop
High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) semiconductor devices are high gate count, speed, pin count and power devices which, in single site and particularly multi-site, stretch the existing ATE solution capabilities to meet test requirements and cost.
This workshop will review the power challenges and requirements of these types of devices. Solutions to these challenges utilizing the V93000 EXA Scale XPS256 device power supplies will be presented. The solutions will be covered in detail to address configuration, DUT board design practices, test program implementation and optimization of the device test programs.
Best practices to achieve optimal performance will be shared. The Advantest HPC/AI lead technical experts will host open discussions and demonstration SmarTest sessions with the Workshop attendees to discuss and review specific details and challenges.
Additionally, the workshop provides:
▸ Access to Advantest domain experts
▸ Hands-on experience through the utilization of ACS Dojo Smartest session
Note: It is necessary for the attendee to utilize their own computer to access the virtual host. Login information will be provided prior to Workshop Day.
Agenda*
▸ kA Power Supplies
▸ Power Monitoring/Profiling
▸ DUT Board Design
▸ PDN Simulation
*Agenda is subject to change prior to workshop session
