EXA Scale DUT Board Design

The EXA Scale generation of the V93000 provides the ability to utilize existing Smart Scale generation cards as well as utilize the new EXA Scale versions of the PS5000 digital and XPS256 DC Scale device power supplies. The new generation hardware brings with it the challenge of ensuring that the DUT board designs and fabrication meet the often-competing performance requirements of the high speed, high power and high-density capabilities of the V93000 EXA Scale.

The EXA Scale DUT Board Design Workshop will provide information on requirements and best practices in both design and fabrication optimization of DUT boards to ensure the final product meets the needs of the device test application.
